In 2025, ABPI reaffirmed its commitment to disseminating knowledge and fostering innovation, consolidating itself as Brazil’s leading reference in content, debate, and training on Intellectual Property.

Initiatives with

Ao GIPI | ENPI

Through its role in the National Intellectual Property Strategy (ENPI) and participation in the Interministerial Group on Intellectual Property (GIPI), linked to the MDIC, ABPI broadened institutional dialogue with government and actively contributed to public policies focused on innovation, sustainability, and the diffusion of IP culture.

Highlights of this partnership in 2025:

Road Show

“Introduction to Intellectual Property”

Held in nine Brazilian cities and led by consultant Evelyn Roboredo, the project delivered information and training to diverse audiences—from students to entrepreneurs—expanding the reach of IP culture nationwide.

Study on Intellectual Property

as Collateral

Technical collaboration on an unprecedented study regarding the use of IP rights as financial assets, currently under analysis and slated for release next year.

Knowledge Dissemination

& Training

Reinforcing its mission to provide open knowledge, ABPI expanded its offering of courses and events on its YouTube channel, now the largest open and free repository of IP-related content in Brazil, with over 500 videos available to the general public. Following the same principle of democratizing knowledge, ABPI’s Magazine (RABPI) is open to public servants, judicial authorities, and educational institutions.
In 2025 alone, the magazine recorded over 7.600 accesses and downloads, reinforcing the reach and impact of ABPI’s technical content.
